Betty Jo Gibbons, 86, of Rogers passed away Friday, May 15, 2020. She was born January 25, 1934 in Monte Ne to the late John Quincy Bridges and Daisy Mary Danford Bridges. Betty was also preceded by her loving husband of 35 years, William Homer Gibbons; 4 sisters, Ruby Thompson, Juanita Harp, Mary Middleton, Stella Dareing; a brother, Jimmy Bridges and a grandson Shawn McCutcheon. Mrs. Gibbons was a 1952 graduate of Rogers High School and attended Faith Christian Center in Bentonville. She retired from a long career with First Brands in 1996 to enjoy gardening, cooking, time shared with her grandchildren and was a student of the Bible and a Prayer Warrior. Survivors include her children, Karen McCutcheon (Andy), Rhonda Harvey (Mike), Regina Gibbons and Ronny Gibbons; her grandchildren, Christina Hammond, Kimberly Loper, Nikki and Tim Gibbons; her great-grandchildren, Brittney Easley, Emily and Austin Nichols, Wyatt and Grant Gibbons; her great-great-grandchildren, Maverick Hammond, Bryleigh, Easton, Rowan, Terrell and Jackson Gibbons; a sister, Linda Long; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Visitation will be 5-7:00pm, Monday, May 18, 2020 and her Funeral Service will begin at 1:00pm Tuesday, May 19, 2020 all in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers with interment to follow in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery.
