

David H. Hull, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 76. Born on September 15, 1947, in Aurora, Missouri, David was the eldest of seven children born to Darleene and Francis Hull.
David's legacy is marked by a life of service and dedication. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he served from 1965 to 1968, including two tours in the Vietnam War. His bravery and dedication were the cornerstones of his character.
In 1969, David married Mara Del Jennings, and together they shared 54 years of a loving and enduring marriage. He was a devoted father to his sons, David Dean Hull and his wife Jerica of Rogers, Arkansas, and Jason Robert Hull and his wife Stacy of Centerton, Arkansas. His family continued to grow with the arrival of his grandson, Zachary David Hull and his wife Meghan of Wichita, Kansas, and his great-grandson, Hudson Jay Hull.
For over 25 years, David owned and operated Hull Welding and Manufacturing in Monett, Missouri. His work ethic and dedication to his business were a source of pride and stability for his family and the community.
David was also loved and cherished by his favorite Aunt Donna, his siblings Marcia, Sherry (deceased), Mike, Scott, Rosie, and Paul, his sister-in-law Dee Alligood, and by many nieces and nephews. His kindness and generosity left an unforgettable mark on all who knew him.
David H. Hull will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his courage and service to his country, and his love for fishing, hunting and telling jokes. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched and the lasting impact of his work and spirit.
A graveside military service will be held at Fayetteville National Cemetery on Friday, August 23rd at 10:30am. A celebration of David’s life will take place in Monett, Missouri, at Monett Senior Center on Thursday, August 29th from 5:30-7pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to Toys for Tots or the Circle of Life Hospice Home at Legacy Village in Bentonville.
