

He was born January 28, 1929, in Poplar Dell, Florida, to the late Odie Lee Carnley and Ellis T. Cooper.
Floyd was a Navy Veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. He was a Del Champs grocery store manager in Mobile, AL, for many years before retiring to N.W. Arkansas. He enjoyed listening to music on the Bentonville Square, flower gardening and fishing. He was also a member of the N.W. Arkansas Good Sam’s R.V. Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Cooper.
Survivors include one daughter, Dianne Parker and her husband Frank of Gravette; one son, Willard M. Watts, Jr. and wife Wanda of Mobile, AL; one sister, Lottie Williams of Pensacola, FL; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at Rollins Funeral Home with Don Allen officiating.
