When we were younger , we are immortal . Hard to think of you gone still. I hope where you are is wonderful but we miss you here.I know that you are in better hands now.. You will remain forever young in our memories and hearts.

Beside the endless hours of crazing the stripe, there were the sleep overs but little sleep was ever had. We spent hours listening and directing songs. You always had the best stereo and a fridge of cheap frozen pizza. The one situation that stands out to me the most was your back flip off of Greg Stivers outside deck 2 stories high into Jon Pattyson’s beer. My calling my brother, then paramedic, and climbing up the rain gutter to check you out and check if you had any internal injuries. Quietly getting you downstairs and into my hatchback of the car and getting you to the ER, calling your Mom. It could have been so much worse then hurting your pride, I was really worried about you. Time gets away from us and we drifted apart, me college, you at Auto Service Center, but I brought my cars to you till you sold it. As I said before, you always had a funny and sarcastic personality and that is what always attracted people to you, you were always keeping people in stitches. I think of you often and still plan on going to see your Mother in Prairie Creek, I haven’t yet because I am supposed to be the one consoling her not the other way around.I am glad we became real friends and would do it all over again if I could but we don’t have that choice. Your presence touched many people in a good way.You are missed very much. And it does me good knowing that you were in a happy place in your life.

Jim, you and I had years of fun and would never want to change a thing about it. You were like a brother to me and I know you felt the same. You were always funny, sarcastic and funny, that was your charm. People touch other lives for some reason and it isn't always known, but I am glad that I had the years with you that I did.I am happy that I saw you about a week before you passed, I could tell that you were happy. I know I will see you again I pray for you and your family and one day will go see your Mom. Forever member of the WACC. Until we meet again, you will not be forgotten by me. Love you bro

Oh Jimi............ I'm so, so sorry for your family.  What sad news.

I could have never made it through Mr. Ross's class in High School without Jimbo because I was to short to get on my lab stool without him helping me. He always had a warm smile and a great laugh.

My deepest sympathies to the Shelton family, Jim was my friend during our school years, he will be missed.

Jimi and I were classmates at RHS. He will always be remembered as kind &  funny. I always loved his laugh! My deepest sympathy to those he loved and those who loved him. May your memories bring you comfort.
