Lois was my nurse at Family Medical Center AHEC-NW for several years.  She was a true professional, sweet and kind, but who didn’t suffer fools.  She was efficient to the max, loyal and true, did her job and helped others and stayed out of other’s business.  I received her welcomed Christmas card and was planning to call her and take her out to lunch when I opened the paper and read the obituary.  We need more Lois Malone’s in this world.  She will be missed!  She suffers no more as she is in His glory!

Lois was a wonderful lady who could work circles around anyone!  She kept AHEC going!  Rest In Peace sweet lady and I cannot wait to see you one day with our Lord!

We worked together at UAMS the last 10 years of her career. She was a great nurse and wonderful true lady. As Terry said, she gave us many stories from her witty plan spoken ways. 
She (like my own mother) would say “I know you don’t read the paper, so did you know ——-“ and always keep me abreast of local happenings. 
She left a hole in our AHEC family when she left and I know she leaves a hole in your family’s heart now. May the joy of knowing she now rests with her Savior bring you peace

I had the pleasure of getting to know Lois during my time at UAMS. She was a fine example of a diligent and kind nurse.

 I hold fond memories of Lois and am so glad I can say I knew her.

Lois was MY nurse....or perhaps I should say that I was HER doctor for 20 years at UAMS (AHEC). She had an amazingly compassionate soul who made people feel comfortable and with whom I was honored to work synchronously as a partner in patient care for so long. She knew my quirks and I hers. She was a very rare person of great value in the lives of so many with whom she interacted. Life well-lived, Lois! She will be truly missed. I know that she is resting in heavenly peace at this time. 

I had the pleasure of working with Lois at UAMS. She was a great nurse and could work circles around others at the age of 82 when she retired. She had a sense of humor that surprised some of us at times and we still laugh when we recall those stories today. She was admired by many.  Prayers for her family. Rest In Peace Lois

Many happy memories of our Aunt Lois over the years.  My husband and I visited her when she still lived in Florida in the early 1980’s.  I am so glad my sister, Ramona, and I were able to visit her and other family members recently in her home in Rogers.
