Malinda Jane Pruitt, 58, of Pea Ridge passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021. She was born July 4, 1963 in Fort Smith to Katherine Louise Pruitt and, the late, Donald Ray Pruitt Sr. She was also preceded by a sister, Donna Marie Ellis. Her brother, Donald Ray Pruitt Jr passed in November, 2021. Malinda loved horses, music and tending her vegetable garden. She will be remembered for her witty mind that allowed her to excel in working crossword and Sudoku puzzles. Malinda also had a gift for finding 4 leaf clovers and was able to pass this to her eldest daughter and oldest granddaughter. Survivors include her mother; 3 daughters, Katherine Lynn Setzer, Christina Marie Clark (Robert), Alicia Renee Whitted (Christopher); by her son, Zachariah Wesley McFadden; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Services begin at 10:00am, Saturday, April 16, 2022 in Barron Cemetery near Vaughn.
