Sandy Jane Holaday

Sandy Holaday passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 67. She was born on November 15, 1958, in Naples, Italy, to Lovis Marie (Stacy) Storey and Robert Henry Storey, and was later raised by her mother and stepfather, Willie Jackson Hilton Jr. She spent her early years as part of a military family before settling in Rogers, Arkansas, after living in several places.

She was formerly married to Terry Holaday, with whom she had three sons, and spent many years working part-time at Lingle Middle School in Rogers, Arkansas. She also provided care for her parents in their later years and was later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

She is survived by her sons: Zachary Holaday (former spouse Pamela Holaday), Jesse Holaday, and Casey Holaday (Madi Adele Hinojosa Holaday); her grandchildren Zayden, Sariana, and Zara; her sister Suzann Schmid (Larry Schmid); her nieces Lisa Schmid (Beth Schmid), Amanda Thornton (Blair Thornton), and Samantha Hensch (Travis Hensch); and her great-nieces and great-nephews William Thornton, Teddy Schmid, and Margaret Schmid. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family members.
