Verl S Humphreys

Hobbies included playing golf, fishing, pheasant hunting and playing cards with his family and numerous friends. Verl was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He enjoyed owning several Auto Part stores in Kansas City, MO and after a brief retirement in Florida he moved to Arkansas and became a building contractor on Beaver Lake.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Dorothy Armstrong and Mary Karvonis.

Verl is survived by his wife Chris of the home; four daughters, DeNeen Rhoden of Denver, NC, Patrice Pittman of Lebo, KS, Janice Smith of Lowell, AR, and Robyn Cacio of Naples, FL; a son, Michael Humphreys of Marco Island, FL; a sister, Barbara Riggs of Torrence, CA; as well as 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
