Victoria was preceded in death by her siblings, Albert Kelly, Gertrude Ballard, and Frankie Ballard.
She is survived by her husband, Sean Michael Porter; daughter, Caitlin Rebecca Massey; son, Alex Massey; step-daughters, Natasha Moreton, Nicole Porter, and Chloe Porter; step-sons, Sean Porter, Jr. and Ryan Porter; sister, Rebecca Brown (David); brothers, Jason Patterson, Glenn Ballard, Tommy “Tater” Patterson; and her mother and step-father, Rose and Rick Rogers.
Victoria is also survived by her in-laws, Barry and Kay Subbert; brothers-in-law, Michael Subbert (Becca) and Deric Subbert (Christel); sisters-in-law, CJ Nelson (James) and Christie Fite (Bo); and many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.
