He was born February 18, 1944 in Peoria, IL to Norval and Juliaetta Lunsford.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving is his sister, Norvetta Broeren (Henry) of E. Peoria, IL, and three nieces, Karen Mills of Newport, TN; Lisa Getz of E. Peoria, IL; and Kristine Heithoff of Rogers, AR.
Bill graduated from Manual High School in Peoria, IL and Murray State University in Kentucky. He worked in medical sales in Chicago, IL.
Bill enjoyed reading literature and taking Ollie courses at the University of Arkansas. He loved art and was an avid Chicago Bear and Cardinal fan. He also enjoyed spending time with his beloved dog, and best friend, Dillard.
