Tony was born November 10, 1971 in Charleston IL to Albert and Sharon Hall. Tony graduated from Mattoon High School in Mattoon IL, He graduated from Shorter College with an Associates in Business. Member at First Christian Church on 2nd Ave in Rome GA. He was employed at CCHSFS previously Universal Tax Systems.
Tony is survived by his wife of 22 years Michelle and 2 sons Alexander Locke and Aric Charles, his parents Albert and Sharon Hall, his brother Andrew (Lori) Hall, Nephew Andrew and Niece Leslie, his Father and Mother-in-Law Cecil and Ruth Kearns, also survived 2 uncles John and Charles Hall and Aunt Dorothy Madlem.
A visitation was held October 21 at 6:00 to 7:30pm with a celebration of life from 7:30 to 8:00. Pastors Craig McDonald and Horace Stewart will officiate the celebration of life. Burial will be at a later date in IL.
