Mr. Lam was born on January 10th, 1957 in Rome, GA, son of the late Thomas Henry Lam, Sr. and Betty Laura Hackney Williams. He was educated in the Rome City School System. Mr. Lam was employed as a certified welder and was the owner of Carpet Installation Plus. He was a member of the Second Ave. Methodist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Lindsey Marie Lam of Boynton Beach, Fl., his sisters, Barbara Lam Yarbrough of Dalton, Ga. and Laura E. Williams of Rome, Ga., and a brother, Thomas H. Lam, Jr. of Rome. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
There were no local services held for Mr. Lam. The family request that memorials be made to the Open Door Home, 5 Leon Street, Rome, Ga. or to the charity of your choice.
