Mark was born in Portland, Oregon on July 28, 1963 to Georgia W. Burns and Thomas L. Burns.
Survivors include his wife Eva Marie Kelley Burns, son Manning Burns, daughter Charlotte Burns, sister Mary Cischke and her husband Gino, nephews Dominic and Giovanni, mother Georgia Burns, and Jimmy (Rosa) Kelley, Bill (Kim) Kelley, Eva Kelley, Bess Kelley, Rosalee Kelley
A celebration of Mark’s life was held on Saturday, February 21 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Rome, GA, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Foster Herring officiating. The family received friends in Daniel Hall after the service.
