Mrs. Cook was employed by Rome City Schools and taught at West Central Elementary School for many years.
A graveside service for Ms. Cook was conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Horace Stewart and Rev. Craig McDonald officiating. Friends were received Thursday from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Daniel’s Funeral Home, then proceeded to the cemetery for the 2:00 service. Flowers were accepted or memorial contributions may be sent to; Agnes Scott College 141 East College Ave. Decatur, GA. 30030.
