Mr. George Lionel Lepp

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, George Lionel Lepp, on Friday November 21, 2014. Dad was born on April 7, 1937 to Max and Marion Lepp in Harris, SK where he resided all his life. He worked various jobs over the years but mostly for the RM of Harris for 38 years – a job he loved so much he went back to work for a few summers after his retirement at age 67. Dad had a great affinity for the outdoors. He loved hunting – deer, antelope, coyotes, ducks and even the odd magpie if they made him mad enough. Dad was predeceased by his father Max (1973), his mother Marion (2000), brothers Keith (2001), John (2002), Herb (2004) and a sister Debbie (1975). He is sur-vived by his daughter Barbara (Brian) Genest, grandson Devin Phipps; son Andrew, granddaughter Na-tasha, grandson Nathan, four great grandchildren; brothers Ken (Marie), Dan (Dianne), and numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held during the Lepp family reunion next summer. Donations may be made to the Harris Cemetery Fund, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
