Margarete passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 29, 2014, at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her husband Paul and her son-in-law John Kulyk. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Renate (Garry) Ziebart and their children Jeanine (Glen), Travis (Melanie), Melisa; Teresa (Doug) Williams and their daughter Andrea (Darryl); Margarete Kulyk and her children Alana (Matt), Jason (Kathleen); Erich (Helen) Tietz and their children Paul (Jenn), Sara (Andrew); four great grandchildren; sister Roswitha (Wolfgang) Lietmann and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Santa Maria for all their love and care. The Funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Santa Maria, 4215 Regina Avenue. Interment was held at the Elrose Cemetery in Elrose, SK on February 4, 2014 at 11:30am. Friends so wishing may make a donation to Santa Maria or the Alzheimer’s Association of Canada.
