

Murray was born near Foam Lake, SK, on the farm in the Dunlop School District. He received his education in Foam Lake and later at the U of S in Animal Husbandry working in that for eight years. He then spent 27 years in the Oil patch, working in the Arctic and off the east coast of Canada, and then spent 16 years working in Agriculture at a Chemical and Fertilizer Company. Murray is survived by his wife Fay Schneider of Rosetown; Sons Todd of Spruce Grove, AB, Grant (Esa) of Calgary, AB, Dean and Patrick of Red Deer, AB; Daughters, Lavonne Campbell of New Westminster, BC, Warinda Schneider of Red Deer, AB, Arkhelle Schneider of Lethbridge, AB; Seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren two stepdaughters, their husbands and their families; brother Garry and sister-in-law Doreen of Nanton, AB. He was predeceased by his father and mother and two sisters. A Memorial Service was held on Thursday, May 9th from Clements Funeral Chapel with Pastor Pat Miller officiating, Brenda Hamilton was the organist.
