So sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I remember him as one of the stars of our swim team at Lincoln HS.

RIP... So sorry to hear about Dan.  You are all in our prayers.  Condolences and love to all.

There are no word that really express how much Dan influenced my life. He was probably the person who really taught me that hard work in the pool paid off both in and out of the pool. He was also an a water polo referee. His understanding of the game and intelligence made it a pleasure to play a game he was working. I will always remember him.

Pleasure to have gone to Lincoln High School School with  you .  May God keep you Safe in his memory.

Dan was a good person and he will be missed.

It's almost inconceivable that someone as alive, as vibrant as Dan isn't still with us.  I'll cherish the numerous times we shared as families and friends as our children grew together over years.   We've lived a long ways away for some time but I'll always consider Dan a close friend and will remember his bright smile, quick wit and clear insight.  The Kocal family and the world has lost a truly wonderful and remarkable person.  I miss him.

We just heard the sad news about Dan's death and are shocked and saddened that such a warm, funny, and life-filled person is gone too soon. It was good to have him on staff at Lincoln High and and even better to have him as tennis coach for Bob and me. He'll be missed.

I was so sad to hear about the loss of Dan. I have fond memories of working with him and Penny, especially the holiday parties he was always so much fun. I hope the good memories will outlast the sadness you feel and that you carry on his memory in your hearts.
