We shall miss our dear friend, neighbor and fellow New Yorker. We know that Frank is smiling down upon us from above.

Dear family,
Oh, so many memories, We live on the same street, Frank walking the dog, always stopping by to give the update on Elizabeth, if the wine was pouring he was always ready for the welcomed glass. He was a hoot with his dry sinse of humor. we always admired the way he loved his sister. After Elizabeth died, he dwelled on the percious dog and it was hard on him after the dog was gone. He was a trooper and made a new family of Donnut Buddies. I will say we will miss his witty way.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his extended family, but we find comfort that he is at peace with his own family in heaven.  He was a very kind and gentle neighbor and we'll miss seeing him on his daily walks in the neighborhood.  The Skupics

I enjoyed his running days when he would stop and talk out front of my house with his dog.  After a few minutes and a cigarette he would jog off.

We are going to miss Frank so much.  He was always upbeat and had such a great personality.  Frank was well versed and could discuss intelligently almost any topic.  Frank was very friendly and would always stop and chat when he was walking or driving past our home.  We are really going to miss those chats.  We remember Frank best as the neighborhood dogs best friend.  When he would walk his dog through the neighborhood he would always carry extra dog biscuits to give to all his dog friends along the way.  
Our dog, Mandy, and many of the other neighborhood dogs would accompany Frank on his walks.

We know Frank is in a better place and is making friends and helping out in any way he can, just like he did here on Earth.
