

Jack Ellsworth Cook went to heaven on Saturday, December 3, 2016. Jack was born on February 11, 1943 in Forest Grove, Oregon, the son of John and Thelma Cook. Jack married his high school sweetheart in Salem, Oregon on December 15, 1961. Jack is survived by his wife, Darlene, his sister Joanne Strycker of Yuma, Arizona, son Ivan Cook of Murfreesboro, TN, wife Debbie, grandsons Samuel, Nolan, Chandler, granddaughters Kylan, Miyah, Madison, Ashlyn, Charis, great granddaughter Morgan, daughter Julie Whitten of Granite Bay, CA, husband, Brett, grandson Zachary, and granddaughter Nicole. Jack was a loving husband, father, and friend who greeted everyone with a smile. Jack's unfailing love for God will continue to live through all he touched. Jack will be missed by many he met throughout the world in his travels to 39 countries sharing the gospel of Christ. Jack was an evangelist, minister, and pastor to many during his lifetime. Jack was President of Air Time Ministries and a bus driver at Roseville High School for many years and enjoyed driving the kids to and from school and their sporting events. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Rock of Roseville Church, 725 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Donations may be sent in lieu of flowers to Air Time Ministries at P.O.
