Maria Magdalena Fodor, a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother passed away on June 26, 2012 in Roseville, California at the age of 73 after a brief illness. Maria was born on April 21st, 1939 in Hungary, the loving daughter of Janos and Juliana Szabo. Maria emigrated from Hungary to Canada in 1957, then married the love of her life Endre Fodor on November 24, 1960 and settled in the United States. She is survived by her Husband Endre and children Robert (Linda) of Fremont and Mimi of Roseville. Maria is also survived by her Brother, Joseph Szabo of Hungary and Grandchildren, Emily, Paige and Max Fodor (all of Fremont) plus many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins in Hungary. Maria was pre-deceased by her brother John Szabo of Hungary. A family interment and private celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
