Paula, you were a good friend to me when I most needed one. I think of you with fondness and hope. We shared heart break that was almost more than we could bear. You are with your dear son now. What more needs to be said? You will be missed and always remembered.

Dearest Paula,

You have been a piece of me for as long as I have memories--from dress up to dating to children, and all the wonderful times and sad times throughout our lives.  You were more than a cousin, more than a friend.  I miss you so much already even though it seems impossible that you are really gone. The silver lining of this sad affair is that I know you are now with Beau.  I can picture your beautiful smiles, and I can hear your laughter.
