My deepest sympathy to the Wagner family. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Richard was our CPA since the 1980"s. He always did such a great job for us too. I lost my husband this year as well. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

We are saddened to hear of Rich's passing.  We got to know Rich as our accountant.  We enjoyed his humor and he was excellent at his chosen profession.  He will be missed.

Richard's family has our deepest sympathy. We always looked forward to seeing him at tax time, and over the years we enjoyed and benefited from both his professional advice and his friendship. We will miss him.

He will be missed

I have just heard of Rich's passing.  I met him almost forty years ago, when I worked for Welcome Wagon in Citrus Heights, CA., and called on him to be a Welcome Wagon sponsor.  In the end, he did not sign up with me, but I signed up with him!  He's been my CPA every since, but I considered him more than that; he was my friend.  I will never forget the time we spent together at tax time.  It was non stop laughter and banter.  I will miss him very, very much.
