Dear friends and family of Ruby Spencer,
Aunt Ruby was a very special person to me.  I will always remember her kindness and good humor.  Her and Uncle Jim were special in my life when we would come to visit them in California.  Thanks Aunt Ruby for keeping my feet warm growing up with the wonderful slippers you made me over the years.  I had several pairs and loved them all.  May you rest in peace. To the Spencer family,
We have many, many fond memories of Ruby, our dear jolly sister-in-law. She and Jim got married the same year as we did and we shared so much in common. Over the years we've spent numerous visits together in, Oklahoma, California, Kentucky and Netherlands. Our paths crossed on many occasions as we raised our families. Jim and I shared experiences going ocean fishing several times to our great joy. We were guests once also at Sierra Bible Camp when Jim was the cook there. Too many memorable times to mention them all, but one final one has to do with their hospitality and generosity when we were guests in their home in Citrus Heights, CA and they in ours in Haarlem, Holland.
