Alan,
You were a son, a husband, a father, son-inlaw, nephew, cousin and so many other things but most of all you were loved. You left too soon - too young to leave Sarah and Steve behind but God needed more angels and now you are with him looking down on your family.  They will grow old without you on earth but you are never far from their hearts and minds and all others who loved you.  We are so thankful you had 11 years together and bore a child together. Steve is the joy of our lives.  It's with great sadness that we say goodbye but then it's not really goodbye because it's so long until we meet again.  You will be truly missed. Our hearts ache for the loss of Alan. He always brought laughter every time we saw him. You always knew when he was around. We are so sorry for sweet Sarah for the loss of her dear husband, and for little Stevie for the loss of his father. Also our heart goes out to Alan's parents.
