My name is Dan Gowing Im sorry it took me so long to look up Al 
I worked at the  sunoco station at utica rd and m-97 it was around 
1967.I always remembered Al he was a great first boss to have.
He was kind of like a father figure to me he was very helrful and 
would always help me with my old 57 ford .Im sorry to here that he passed my thoughts and prayers go out to all.

I just heard that my Uncle Al has passed away.  My deepest sympathy to all my cousins.  My heart goes out to all of you.  I remember Uncle Al fondly having spent time with him, Aunt Rose and all my cousins.  I remember all the times he rescued me whenever I had car problems.  I remember how I got my first car from Uncle Al when I graduated from High School.  A beautiful 1960 Chevy.  I remember our talks at the Sunoco Gas Station whenever I was there.  He was such a fun loving and affirming person.  He helped me to see my self worth.  It saddens me to realize he will no longer be around.  Rest in peace Uncle Al,  Love, Maryann Gazzarato

"Dad" has been my father-in-law for over ten years now and I must say I really enjoyed his company over the years. He had a "firecracker" personality with lots of humor, love for family and neighbors and always willing to help. He enjoyed a simple life and most of all his wife and family. I dearly loved him and he will be missed for a long time. We pray for the progress of his soul in the world of light.

My provider, my hero, and my father ... We, his children, have become who we are today because of his and mom's mentorship, care, compassion, discipline, correction, work-ethic, and love.  I celebrate being your son!  I celebrate your passion, your drive, your sense of humor (yes, and even your glitter-glue gun!) and I celebrate your life.
