Barbara A. Shelton, age 42 of Warren, passed away August 21, 2016. She was the loving mother of Lee M. Harper, Jr., Zachary Harper, Savannah Harper and the late Alexzandria Harper. Cherished daughter of John and Willene Phinney. Beloved sister of John Phinney, Jr., Douglas (Roseanna) Phinney and Tim (Aubrielle) Phinney, Sr. Dear aunt of Jacob, Jessica (Daniel) Roark, Douglas II, Jennifer Doerr, Justin, Timothy, Jr. (Theresa) and Joseph.
Visitation for Barb will be held on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3:30 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville.
