Howie Klimek

Howard “Howie” Rex Klimek, age 57, passed away on March 27, 2024. Beloved husband of Mary Klimek, together for 23 years. Loving son of Louann and the late Richard Klimek. Dearest nephew of Lynn (Angie) Hoard, Lyle (Ruth) Hoard, Leota Acoin, Bob (Donna) Klimek, the late Pat Zarnick, the late John Klimek, and the late Lee (Caroline) Hoard and Sarah "Aunt Jo" Cooper. Proud uncle of Raymond and Great-Uncle of Brendan and Breeann. Best friend of Dave Mertz and Tommy Poma. Dearest brother-in-law of Connie Lavigne. Dear son-in-law of the late Sue and Raymond Hurtt. Howard will also be missed by his dog, Boomer. He is also survived by many cherished cousins. Howie was an avid football, baseball and NASCAR lover. He especially loved hockey. Howard was always about helping others. He enjoyed golfing. Most of all Howard enjoyed the company of his friends and family. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 3pm until 8pm with a funeral service at 6:30pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville, MI 48066.
