Jacqueline Hernden-Byrnes, age 88 of Macomb, passed away May 23, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Edward Byrnes. Loving mother of Dale (Elizabeth) Hernden and Ronald (Christina) Hernden and step-mother of Edward (Janet) Byrnes, James (Marsha) Byrnes, Gayle Flint and Diane Carl. Loving grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 3. Sister of Robert (Margaret) Thompson. Predeceased by husband Russell Hernden. Jackie was a 2nd grade teacher at Kaiser Elementary School in Roseville and was a very active member of the Roseville Historical Society. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville. Jackie will lie in state on Thursday 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Erin Presbyterian Church in Roseville.
