My Mother-n-Law, Marge, played a huge roll in my life besides being the Mother of my Husband. For one fall morning, I and my sibblings lost our own mother just as I was due to marry Marge's son Mickey, Marge welcomed us ALL into her arms of comfort and not only got a daughter n law, but welcome my five sibblings into her family and heart as well. Not a visit went by that she didnt ask about each and every one of them. She shared in all their joys and tradgeties as our own families grew and went through changes.
In her last few years when we would reflect on the past 40, Marge would clasp her fist and tell me "We Did It, We Did It!", I dont know how, But We Did It!"  I would answer back "Only through The Grace of God!" For I knew the many roseries she prayed for us all and the Mother's love she showed to each and every one of us through her Faith in Jesus Christ.
So as my sisters and I gathered one evening just before Marge passed to say Good Bye, My youngest sister climbed into her bed and whispered in her ear words of love and comfort. I knew in that moment that my sibblings all felt the same way, That We did indeed Make It!  Thanks to Marge and her prayers for us all.

I took on a whole other family when I moved into the Pilarski's neighborhood way back in 96'. I really didn't know what I was getting myself into the first time I approached my neighbors house, I don't think they knew what they were getting themselves into either. With my wonderful new family came the person I grew to know as golden gram, one of the most amazing/ entertaining people I've ever meet. She never greeted you without that big smile and a huge hug. I remember back to when Brian and I were training to be professional BMX riders on our new VFR Dyno's. Everyday we would be out in the front yard on our "BMX course" hitting the jumps we built and there on the porch would be golden gram, laughing at our spills and cheering on our "sweet jumps". She will forever be embedded in my memory/ heart as an extension of my family, I'm honored and privileged  to have had the opportunity to have Marge in my life. This beer is for you golden gram, cheers!

Aunt Marge had a way of making the ordinary special.  I remember the time she and Louise came to see me at college at GMI in Flint dressed in their “mink coats and hats” in late April and we ate at the cafeteria,  Madelynn owes all her math skills to playing cards with Aunt Marge and when Maddy was little she loved to get the call from Marge that said she would be at Judy's for the weekend to "party".  Marge loved to sit at our kitchen table and look out in the woods and tell me all the deer she would see, even though it was our brown lab running around in the back yard.  Her stories were priceless. I will always remember how to cook without measuring due to Marge and the best part of Thanksgiving is the turkey wine. She found the good in all things and lived her faith every day. She knew how to make you feel loved and we will all miss her.  Our thoughts and prayers,

Such a wonderful, true lady! I remember sitting on the back porch and listening to her stories...talking about the wonderful view from Micky's back yard...and the cabbage rolls she cooked for us!!!! Lots of hearty laughs. I surely miss her already. Heartfelt condolences to all the family.

     I've known Mrs. Pilarski since I was 12 years old. As a teenager, I spent almost as much time at the Pilarski house as I spent at my own house. I grew up with Bob, Danny, Mickey and John. I was always greeted with a hug and a smile as only Mrs. Pilarski could provide. Through these 50 some years, no matter when I appeared, that smile was always there along with a drawn out "Larrrrrry". I can still hear that voice today and I will always carry the sound of it in my heart. The brothers and I have always remained close throughout the years. I, and my wife Donna, feel a wrenching in our hearts for the loss of Mrs. Pilarski and her wonderful sense of family, humor and love.
     Enjoy Heaven and maybe you and "Uncle Daddy" can enjoy playing 18
holes together!!!

Granny,
I don't even know where to begin....
You have been in my life longer than my own mother. You took us into your life and always made us feel welcome and part of the family. I have some fond  memories of me calling you (when I lived down the street from you) and I would get myself into some crazy prediacements all to look back upon with a laugh.  You have a special place in my heart Granny and I will miss your bright smile and laughs. I love you!! Sherri

Mrs. Pilarski was a dear friend of my father and mother, also my grandmother.
I always remember them sharing a good laugh when they seen each other, she had a great sense of humor. On behalf of the Stan & Evelyn Zmick family we offer our condolences.

my Aunt Marge. She was one wonderful lady who had a  style I shall always remember.  To paraphrase a poem I received when my Paul passed away.....Grieve not ... but think of me with laughter and remember me with love for it was heaven for me here with you all.

Such an exceptional woman! A true classic!!! She always greated me with open arms and treated me like her own. Her strength was inspirational and her witty sense of humor kept us all laughing. Heaven's lucky to have her. My sincere condolences to the Pilarski family. God bless you, Granny!!!!

You were and will always be immortal to me, thank you for all the stories, even though most weren't true! My favorite will always be when you traveled to Chicago and claimed you were an Olympic swimmer and grandpa was your coach so some guy would buy you a drink! Thank you for your love of life, family, and most of all God! The layers of your personality are stitched throughout the lives of your grandchildren and great grandchildren. As Frank said, "You did it your way"

We know her as "Mrs. P" loved loved loved her sense of style with her hats & now we know where Uncle Mickey gets his life of the party from. She was so blessed to be taken care of by her family, and I hope the family finds the funny times she gave as a comfort as she goes to be with God and her husband. Love you guys!!

Goodbye to my dear Aunt Marge, my Mom's close sister and the one who always felt like my own "2nd Mom."  
Condolences to my cousins Bobby, Danny, Mickey, and John Glenn on the loss of your Ma, and to your respective families.
Goodness, how we loved Aunt Marge!  No gathering seemed complete without her gaiety and banter.  She was the very spirit of fun and energy.  
I will always remember how lovingly Marge treated me and my family over so many years.  I will always love her, and I will always be especially grateful for how thoughtfully she shared with and cared for my Mom in the later years of my Mom's life.
We are incredibly lucky to have had Aunt Marge as part of our lives.
