Marilou Corless

Marilou Corless, age 76, of Roseville, passed away on February 4, 2014. Marilou worked as a Certified Emergency Room Nurse for over 43 years at Holy Cross Detroit, Saratoga and Warren Memorial. She also taught nursing students. Marilou is predeceased by her husband, Rex E. Corless and daughter, Kim Corless. She is survived by her children, Greg (Kelly) of St. Clair Shores, Mark (Tina) of Beverly Hills, Scott (Maureen) of Naperville, Illinois, Janni (Scott) McLean of Washington, and Josh of Roseville. She was adored by grandchildren, Emily, Mark Jr., Rex, Tyler, Sarah, Abby, Casey, Kaylie, Kendall, Kelsey and Kristin. Dear sister to Dr. Neil (Janet) Maki, Margaret (Gerald) Pollice, Norrine (Charles) Little and teh late Michael Maki. Marilou enjoyed traveling to several places around the world, including Australia, Bali, China, Alaska, Panama Canal and several cruises. She enjoyed her last trip with her children and grandchildren on an Alaskan cruise. She also loved spending time with her family at the Coldwater cottage and relaxing at the condo in St. Petersburg, Florida. Visitation on Friday, February 7, 2014, 3:00pm-9:00pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave, Roseville. Funeral mass on Saturday, February 8, 2014; 1:00pm; instate: 12:30pm at St. Barnabus Catholic Church, 24800 Phlox; Eastpointe.
