Rita Dorthy Berels

Rita Dorthy Berels, age 87, passed away January 25, 2019. Rita was an administrative assistant at Chrysler Automotive – Highland Park and retired from there on April 30, 1986. She was devoted to the Blessed Mother and was a devoted parish member to Assumption Grotto Catholic Church. She was a devoted caretaker to her parents. She loved her three dogs, Frosty 1, Frosty 2 and Frosty 3. Loving aunt of David Bremerkamp, Lois Wyniemko, Kathy Redman, Donna Majchrzak, Burt Bremerkamp, Linda Ealy, Joan Greif, Marilyn Nowaczewski, Dennis Brown, Robert Brown, Ronald Brown, Raymond Berels Jr. and MaryJoyce Devirgilio. Rita is predeceased by her siblings Lorraine Cull, Marie Brown, Raymond Berels and Evelyn Bremerkamp and her nephew, Raymond Brown. In state Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 9:30am until time of her funeral mass at 10 am at Assumption Grotto Catholic Church, 13770 Gratiot Ave, Detroit.
