Born on November 30th in Slough, England to Frank and Lily Parker, Alan came into the world full of energy, a rambunctious kid with a mischievous grin who never outgrew his zest for life. That spark followed him everywhere, whether he was telling stories, raising a glass, or making everyone in the room laugh.
To those who knew him, Alan wasn’t just a husband, father, or friend, he was the heartbeat of every gathering. He loved living life to the fullest, always cheering, always celebrating, always finding a reason to turn an ordinary day into something worth remembering. His humor, his warmth, and his ability to light up a room made him unforgettable.
He is survived by his wife Lori, his children Valerie, Fallon and John. His family and friends will forever remember him not just for the love he gave, but for the joy and laughter he spread so generously.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday September 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roswell Funeral Home (950 Mansell Rd, Roswell, GA 30076) to celebrate Alan’s life. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the ceremony, and a reception will follow immediately after, giving family and friends the chance to gather, share stories, and honor him together. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to one of his most cherished causes, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, https://www.cff.org/ in his memory.
Though his departure leaves a deep ache, Alan’s spirit lives on in every laugh shared, every toast raised, and every joyful moment we carry forward in his name.
