Mom would say , ‘blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth’. The truism of the word meek was meant to mean ‘gentle and humble’. But how can the meek inherit the world when taken from us? Antoinette, you embodied meekness, and through your humility, fine example and charitable actions, you helped make the world a better place. For those whose lives you touched, many were inspired to emulate your same humility. So in a sense, your inheritance is the better world you contributed to leaving us with - with you now inheriting your place in Heaven with God, Jesus, and our beloved Mom.

Love you, Catherine and Mark.

I was Antoinette's parapro last year. As I'm sure you all are aware it was the most difficult year of her teaching career. In such scary and uncertain times she was determined to make the year as fun as possible for the students - and that she did. There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't have the students laughing and enjoying each other. She was a truly awesome person and educator. I will miss her dearly.

My thoughts are with all you.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Fraser

To a beloved Sister, Aunt, Godmother, and Sister-in-Law,

You take up a special place in our hearts and in our memories - and it will always be so.

Our time together was too short.
We needed more time to laugh, more time to share special moments, more time to love, and more time to just enjoy having you with us.

All our Love,
Andrew, Sheerine, Thomas, Nicholas, Bryanna, Calista and Gabriella

I remember as kids, Antoinette telling me she was the 30 millionth Canadian and later showed me the newspaper article of her birth to prove it. I have a lot of good memories from her years at the camp in Kingston. We lost touch but reconnected a few years back on fb. This news was quite a shock and I want to offer my sincere condolences to her entire family.

Antoinette was a wonderful Nextdoor neighbor. Her family has always meant a lot to us. Antionette can be very proud of her accomplishments of raising her two amazing kids and the dogs. Scott meant so much to her too. They were all true neighbors, helping out whenever they could.
We will always cherish our “ at the fence” talks. Especially when Antoinette was working towards her teaching degree later than most. I’ve always admired her for that!
Antoinette, you will truly be missed.
May her memory be eternal.

Dear Antoinette,

Thanks for always being a safe port in the storm that was high school. Kind, clever and hilarious (to date I still find great joy in the memory of you gently teasing Miss St. Clair the math teacher when she hassled you about fraternizing in the hall). Wish we’d run into each other as adults, I would have thanked you personally. I hope you lived the life you deserved.

Love, Norma

Antoinette and I went to school together. We had many great laughs. Lost touch after school. She was a great person. Always had a huge smile.
