Claire was born in Torrence, California at The Little Company of Mary Hospital to Peggy and Loris Sinanian on June 18, 1963
She began her education in California and after moving to Georgia, attended Spalding Drive Elementary and North Springs High School. After attending Converse College for two years, Claire transferred to Georgia State University where she graduated with a double major in French and International Finance.
After a successful career as an international marketing executive for Nokia, Claire came into politics with unyielding dedication and care. At the onset, Claire served as Precinct Chairman and as House District Chairman for Fulton County Republican Party and founded Fulton County Republican Women.
In 2013, Governor Deal appointed Claire to the board of the Georgia Commission for Service and Volunteerism, and ultimately she was named its Chairman of the Board, a position which she held for four years. Immediately following, Claire became the Executive Director for the Fulton County Republican Party and subsequently became Field Director for U.S. Congressman Barry Loudermilk. Eventually, Claire was recruited away to lead Georgia's National Right to Life affiliate, Georgia Life Alliance, where she served with her signature courage and vitality.
Throughout her life and varied career, Claire chose her pursuits with wisdom and clarity while always devoting herself to the people behind the purpose. This is reflected in the countless number of individuals who have been significantly helped by Claire in meaningful, life changing ways.
"Courage is Fear that has said its prayers." It is evident that Claire held these words she learned from Monsignor Lopez as a fortifying sceptre in all of her endeavors. Besides her hands-on help for others, she was a brilliant beacon of inspiration. And without realizing it, guided others to act with courage and wisdom themselves. Claire's legacy of brilliance and example will continue far into the future and motivate others to continue to challenge themselves and rise as examples themselves of the extraordinary gifts humanity has to offer society.
