Don was a beloved son, father, partner, and friend. He was known for his infectious laughter, compassion, and ability to light up a room wherever he went. Beyond his laughter, Don was a steadfast friend. He was the kind of person you could count on, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand, no matter the circumstances. Whether it was offering support during tough times or simply sharing a cup of coffee, he had an unparalleled ability to make others feel valued and loved.
Don proudly served in the Air Force, where he not only defended our freedom but also formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories. He carried his service with honor and was deeply proud of the commitment he made to his country.
But perhaps what he was most known for was being a passionate Miami Dolphins fan, proudly donning his team’s colors on game days and bringing everyone together for spirited watch parties filled with laughter and friendly banter.
Don leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and countless cherished memories. He is survived by his mother, Pearl, his daughter, Kayla, and loving siblings. Each of them will carry a piece of Don in their hearts, as will his many friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A funeral service was held on October 25th, 2024 at Roswell Funeral Home to celebrate Don’s life and honor his contributions to our world.
Don’s departure leaves a void in our hearts, but his legacy will forever be cherished. Rest in peace, dear Don. You will be missed beyond measure, but your spirit will forever remain a source of light in our lives.
