Hank was born on March 31, 1937 to Henry & Dorothy Mantell, Sr. in Troy, New York.
In high school Hank discovered his passion for music and eventually learned how to play 16 instruments as well as sing. He went on to start a band called the Sevilles as a moonlighting job, he was lead singer and played the bass (his favorite instrument.). After highschool, Henry served 3 years in the Navy during the Korean War.
In 2004, Hank met Bonnie Amelia Mirenda DeWitt, and they wed in June of 2009.
Hank is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Bonnie, children Elizabeth Robbins (Ken), James DeWitt, and grandchildren Isabella, Olivia, and William Robbins.
A visitation for Henry will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Road, Roswell, GA 30076, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
