Rayna LeAndra Porter, age 45, passed away on April 13, 2026. Born on October 4, 1980, in Denver, Colorado, Rayna was a deeply loved daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, partner, and friend whose presence brought quiet strength and unwavering love to those around her.
She dedicated more than twenty years of her career to Honda in Finance, where she built lasting relationships and took immense pride in her work. Rayna deeply valued her Honda family and was respected and loved by her colleagues for her loyalty, work ethic, and the genuine care she showed those around her.
Rayna graduated from the University of Georgia and remained a proud Bulldog throughout her life. From a young age, she was known for her passion for sports and her incredible athleticism.
Highly competitive and naturally gifted, Rayna excelled in everything she pursued and was often regarded as one of the best in her class. She approached life with unmatched effort, determination, and passion in all that she did. Her love for golf began at a young age, becoming a favorite pastime she shared with her father and brother.
Rayna also loved cheering on the Denver Broncos and treasured time with her beloved dog, Baeleigh whom she adored deeply, lovingly preparing her gourmet dinners of chicken, rice and veggies with slices of apples each night.
Rayna shared a very special bond with her Grandmommie, LaVarene Hilliard, whom she lovingly called “my favorite person,” while Grandmommie called her "Munch". She spoke with her mother daily, Andrinee’ Porter, who was “my rock”, a reflection of the deep love and connection she held for her family.
Rayna shared a deep and enduring love with her late longtime partner, Inez Marie Hines, who preceded her in passing. It brings comfort to know they are reunited again. Through that bond, Rayna became a mother to Leo Pugh Jr. and a loving Nana to Gio Pugh, roles she embraced wholeheartedly.
Rayna was fiercely loyal, deeply compassionate, and unwavering in her love for those she cared about. She was an amazing friend, daughter, sister, aunt, and granddaughter, a constant source of support, strength, and devotion to everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She was the quiet strength of our family, a steady presence whose love and resilience anchored those around her.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.”
— Matthew 25:23

Rayna is survived by her loving parents, Raymond Porter and Andrinee’ Porter; her brother, Shawyn Porter; her sister-in-law, Stephanie Porter; her beloved niece, Cody Porter; her Grandmommie, LaVarene Hilliard and her devoted partner, Brandi Jefferson-Gay, her missing puzzle piece, with whom she resided in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Rayna was quick to give a two-step when the music played, her smile lighting up the room, and Brandi loved capturing those moments.
She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, resilience, and deep devotion to those she loved, always reminding them, “I love you to the moon and back ” and "it's about the little things that matter the most."
