Caroline was born on Pohnpei Island in the Micronesia and grew up on Guam along with her brothers who love their sister. Later in life she relocated stateside where she would meet her husband James, and raise a family of four very well loved and respected children.
While raising four children, Caroline had an illustrious career with the California Highway Patrol working in Southern Division, Human Resources, Commissioners Office and Internal Affairs. She took great pride in her work and was always willing to support her co-workers.
Caroline is survived by her mother Marie and her brothers Richard, Lito, Hugh, her husband James and their children Christian, Keilani, Kainoa and Marina.
Above all, Caroline loved the word of GOD and was a woman of faith. She was a light to everyone with her contagious smile and her wonderful personality. She touched many lives and will never be forgotten. Soli Deo Gloria!
