Chloe Betty Jane Soto was born on January 8, 1925 in Flint, Michigan to Lillian and August Thielen. She died peacefully at home on September 17, 2014 in the company of her high school sweetheart and husband of 69 years, Robert "Bob" Soto and her four children Christine (Mark), Greg (Jody), John (Denys) and Michael (Shirley). She was 89 years young. Chloe was the seventh of eight siblings and leaves her sister and best buddy, Erma Wilson (David), thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many adoring nieces and nephews. She was a devout Catholic, and an outstanding and loving mother and wife. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Harry A. Nauman & Sons, 4041 Freeport Blvd. on Monday the 22nd with a rosary at 6:00 o'clock. A funeral mass will be held at at St. Joseph's Catholic church, 32890 S. River Rd., Clarksburg, CA at 10:00 am on Tuesday the 23rd. Remembrances can be made in her name to Kaiser Hospice.
