Dan was one of the best service desk agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with.  I was lucky enough to sit right next to him and listen and learn, my success at Franklin Templeton and therefore my career since then can in some part be attributed to Dan and his willingness to help when others would not.  Always busy, always working out the finer details, Dan was exceptional at what he did, he was the top of his class and every agent in the room wished they could produce so well and so effortlessly.  I didn't get to know him well outside of our job, but I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to learn from and work with one of the most caring and helpful people I have ever met in the IT field.  Best wishes to those who knew him better, I haven't even seen or talked to Dan in years but the news of his passing impacted me greatly...

Dan was someone who always went above and beyond and would do whatever he could to help you.  He will be missed.

Dan, we never met in person, but we spoke many times over the years when I called the help desk for technical support. I'll always remember your patience and good humor while coming up with a solution to the problem at hand. My condolences to all your friends and family.

Dan, I miss talking to you and now you'll be playing your lovely music in the heavens.

Dan, I will miss hearing your voice on the phone when I call the Solution Center. We were coworkers for many years at Franklin Templeton. You were a complete professional and a highly competent technician who was liked and respected. You could be counted on in situations that required a calm and collected approach and you were dependable. I never knew much about you outside of the job, but I was really impressed when I found out only recently about your musical training, and I just wish I could have listened to you play your compositions on the piano. That would have been so cool. I find it impossible to put into words what I want to say about your passing, or to comprehend it, but I wish you eternal peace where your spirit now lives. To Dan's family and friends I offer my most sincere condolences for the loss of this gentle man. May you be blessed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Dan and I have worked together at the GCSC at Franklin Templeton for the last 10 years. He will be greatly missed. He was always willing to help out a co-worker or friend in need.

Dan personified hard work, teamwork, and dedication. Furthermore, he was always the first person to go out of his way help othes whenever it was needed. I will try not to be saddened by his passing, instead to joyfully remember and celebrate Dan’s life.

Dan and the guys on the FT Sitman team worked together for the last 7 years. He always was cool and collected, no matter the issue. In fact he would bring a smile to our faces. We are going to miss you Dan.

The couple of years that my cousin Dan worked for me when he was younger were very memorable.  We had a lot of fun and bonded well.  He will be missed by me and my family.  Our prayers go out to all.

Dan had an incredible energy for life.  Everytime I got to work with him that energy was contagious.  He lifted me up and brightened my day.  He is truly one person I'll never forget.

I knew Dan to have a way of making others smile with his stories and accomplishments.  He would share with me his writtings of song and verse. Dan was not only a coworker, he was my friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, who I know he loved very much.  I find  solace knowing that he is in a better place now. I will miss Dan very much.
