David was born on May 20, 1955, in San Francisco, California, to David Ing and Luck Toy. He earned a Master's in Finance Administration from USF. In 1979, he married Gloria Yee. His children remember David as a dedicated father who cared deeply for them and encouraged them to strive for their best.
David was a determined individual with a deep passion for history, which he loved sharing with others. He will be fondly remembered for his unwavering dedication, generous spirit, and upbeat sense of humor.
A celebration of life for David will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Harry A. Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95822, followed by a catered reception from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
