Debbie Nelly Payne was born November 12, 1967 in San Francisco and passed away on December 24, 2015 in Sacramento, CA. Debbie is survived by her sons Dante, Myron, and Vertrail Payne and Robert Lopati Stone. She is also survived by father Pat Harrington and mother Leataata Floyd, and countless brothers and sisters. Debbie was preceded in death by her step-father James Floyd. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 9 at Harry A. Harry Nauman and Sons
