Donald David Seay

SEAY, Donald Born in Sacramento, CA Oct 21, 1929, passed away Oct 18, 2014. He graduated from Sacramento H.S. and received an A.A. from Sacramento City College. He married Lois in 1948, later moved to Chico and worked for ITT Continental. After transferring to Sacramento in 1969 he continued working until retirement in 1985. He enjoyed flying a single engine Taylorcraft and family vacations at Santa Cruz and Lake Shasta. He golfed with the SIRs and Elks, solved daily crossword puzzles and traveled with his friend Ann. He relished visits with his family and preparing Thanksgiving dinners. During the past year, he savored time spent with his new great-grandson. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois in 1983. He is survived by his children Rhonda Isle (David), Dennis Seay, Shannon Weston (Alan), grandsons Justin Isle, Randy Weston, great grandson Logan Isle, long-time friend Ann Marlow and brother Philip Seay. Visitation will be Thur. Oct 30 at Nicoletti Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd. from 4-7 PM with rosary to follow. Mass will be celebrated Fri. Oct 31 11 AM, Sacred Heart Church, 1049 39th St. Burial at East Lawn Cemetery, 4300 Folsom Blvd. to follow.
