Erik Omar Jensen

ERIK O. JENSEN Passed peacefully from this world on March 26, 2016. He was born in Oslo, Norway on April 12, 1933 to Omar Thoralf & Marit Jensen. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1959 to attend Washington State University. He retired from the the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. After many years of dedicated service as a Mechanical Engineer. Erik was a lover of sports, (especially the English Soccer League), card playing, cross country skiing, and jazz music. He was also active in The Sons of Norway. He leaves behind his beloved children, Arne Jensen & Laura (Shoab) Siddique. He adored his 3 grandchildren, Angelina Jensen, and Olivia & Omar Siddique as well as his sister, Kari Lindskog of Oslo, Norway. He lived a good, long life, always doing things “His” way. The family appreciates all the TLC he received at the Chateau during his last 7 years with us. He will be remembered & missed deeply. Jeg Elsker Deg, Daddy!

Memorial Service and Celebration of His Life will be held Friday, April 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Harry A. Nauman & Son, 4041 Freeport Blvd. Sac. CA. 95822. All friends are welcome.
