Jessica and I were childhood friends when she lived in Stockton. We lived in the same apartment complex, and I remember the day we met we were friends instantly. I was two years younger than her and she took me under my wing as the new kid in the neighborhood (as much as an eleven year old was capable of doing so). Her imagination and love of excitement taught me so much about enjoying the world as a child. We would tell each other about extravagant stories that we made up in our head and would ride our scooters all the way to the edge of our complex, pretending that we were traveling to the edge of the world. Even though our lives collided at such a young age, she made a huge impact on me that I still feel to this day.  Her soul was radiant, and I think of her and her bright spirit every single day. I miss you so much Jessica. 

Happy Birthday Jessica!!! Today we remember you!!! Today we celebrate your life and your memory!!! Today we can rest knowing justice has been served!!! Rest in Peace Jessica Rest in Love!!! May the Angels watch over your Mother!!! 

I will never get over that beautiful smile, even to this day it’s still so bright. It’s been a while and I’m sorry I didn’t write sooner. I just miss you. A lot. 
I remember how much you loved your pink zebra zip up hoodie in the 6th grade. We could always make each other smile even if one of us were having a bad day. 2000 words aren’t nearly enough for what I want to tell you, but to keep it short and simple. I love you and I’ll keep remembering you always.


Jessica Peace is finally here for you.  (8/8/2013 - criminal has been arrested. 
8/20/2015 - Trial finally began. 
9/21/2015 - Jury finds him guilty of 1st degree MURDER.  
3/18/2016 - 4yrs & 12 later He is finally sentenced to 26 yrs. to LIFE.)  
Mommy misses you so much. I love you Jessica and can't wait to see you again.  Stay safe my Angel.

My name is Diallo Ayodele.  I am a friend of Jessica she was an incredible person.  .  It was nice to know Jessica, sometimes we would have our ups and downs, but we always got over it.  I was saddened to hear of the loss of my friends.  I felt extremely mad and sad at the same time.  This week has been sad, but it also has been a happy week of remembrance.  I know she is in heaven meeting new friends.  I know I will see her when God calls on me.  My heart goes out to Jessica family.  I can't believe this happened.  I only wish good for her family.  I also feel really bad for her friends. I have never seen so many kids cry.  Many kids at my school of Albert Einstein love this girl and wrote many posters for her.
