

Jessica “Inday” M. Padayhag was born on May 2, 1939 to the late Saturnino Macalolo-oy and Crispina B. Macalolo-oy in the town of Larena, Siquijor, Philippines. She was the only child in their marriage. Her three half-brothers, Nicolas, Candido and Pedro and two half-sisters, Romana and Jesusita from her mother’s first marriage and her half-sister Candida from her father’s first marriage.
She married Roland D. Padayhag and had three children. Their second child, a daughter Liz, sadly passed away when she was three years old on her birthday. They were married for 65 long years.
They migrated to the United States and she worked in San Francisco for a few months and later moved to Silicon Valley where she worked at an electronic disc Company for a few years. She later on moved and worked at Stanford Oncology Dept. until she retired.
They retired and traveled to the Philippines and lived there for a few months and came back to the United States.
She is survived by her daughter Sunday P. Rosa, son in law Paul Rosa, son Troy M.Padayhag, daughter in law Cristina, grandsons Matthew Tyler, Justin Trey, Andre Rainier, granddaughter Sunday May, great-grandson Derek, nieces Jody, Jinky, Betsey, Leah and Theresa, nephews Jake, Ian and Ronil, grand nieces Gabriella, Panchita, Lyn, Pamella, Tessie, Josita, Lilibeth, Jean, Edith, Merlie, Felyn, Yo-yo, Romeo’s two daughters, grand nephews, Ronnie, Romar, Walter, Evert, Bingbing, Paul, Romeo Jr, Richard and Kenneth, great grandnieces' and great grandnephews, sister in law Nila, cousins Terio and Conching and their daughters Ritchel, Rely and Resie, and their children and grandchildren.
A Committal service will occur on Saturday December 14, 2024 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at St Mary Cemetery 6509 Fruitridge Rd Sacramento, CA 95820
