A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 25th from 10AM-12PM followed by a service at 12PM at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home. Cremation will be followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. John was an electronics whiz and worked for many years repairing state-of-the-art hospital equipment. He was an audiophile and enjoyed a hobby of digital recording. John was a gentle soul who loved animals, especially his cat Gimpy. He was also feisty and independent.
He is survived by two sisters, Marjorie (William) Leber of Andover, New Hampshire and Beverly Maxfield of Indio, California; a niece, Deborah Barton; nephews Douglas Leber and Mark Leber; five great nieces and nephews; and five great-great nieces and nephews.
