Lai Ching WEI, age 83, of Sacramento, California passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Lai was born July 8, 1937 to the late Chang Ching and Teh Chin (Wang) Wei in Korea.
Burial services will be conducted in Houston, Texas and are private.
