Mom, tomorrow is your birthday. It has been over 3 years since you passed. I miss you and think about you everyday. Miss hearing your voice, your love, and just talking and spending time with you and playing games. I wish I could stop by and see you.
I know your spirit is with us daily and you are watching over us.

Mom, a year has gone by and life is very different. So empty knowing I never will see you again or hear your voice till my passing over. I look forward to that day and the peace and happiness we will both feel finally. You are so special in my heart, more then you can imagine. I keep thinking of all my sleep overs for several days at a time doing nothing but eating and playing games. Our really beautiful cruise we shared together. I am so thankful for all the many memories. We really had many years of great happy sharing times. I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding ones) I miss you so much, Mom. Hi Mom, your visits are so welcome. I hope there will be more. I love you , sadden by your passing but happy that you are with all our family and friends. Are you back to the dance floor clearing the floor as you once did many years ago? Isn"t it great, no more hospitals, needles, walkers, pain or oxegon, Wow! God has blessed you. I am sad for me but most happy for you! Your new life must be glorious.

We met Mary & Chester (1983) in Hawaii, while standing in line at a luau.  My husband to be (Hawaiian) was a tour bus driver for Polynesian Hospitality and sat with the drivers, so he asked them if I could sit with them at dinner.  We became "forever friends" while there and when we left Hawaii for Maryland, they insisted we visit them in Sacramento.  We had a wonderful time and after 3 weeks with them, we headed east. They visited us in Maryland for almost a month, bought our car (they loved it) and headed home.We kept in touch through for the past 30 years. Our home has many gifts that Mary made for us. What a wonderful couple they were together and our BEST friends!   We give thanks that our paths crossed and extend our sincere sympathy to the entire family.

Dearest Mom, 
my treasure chest of memories will always be tucked  away in my HEART. Thank you for the good times we shared and of course for all those "Flying Fingers" crocheted items that decorate my home today. Our last really big harrah together was your Surprised birthday party and our cruise to Hawaii, Your first! You were like a little girl in a candy store. Trying to decide what activity you wanted to sign up for first on the ship. Well that choice was quickly decided  when you found out there was a HAWAIIAN  CROCHET LIE making day.  Your flying fingers were the first to finish a beautiful Lei in our class. Not to my surprise you became a teachers assistant. Lol  What a fabulous  time we shared. Wish we could have taken that trip one last time together. Plz give loved ones big hugs for me up there.
